Axis magnus add on card denied

Went to the branch to get an axis add on card but the branch said they are not issuing those currently. Anyone else has experienced this recently?

Yes same thing happened with me when I tried to get an add on card for my Flipkart Axis card. First I called customer care, they told me to visit the branch for add on card. But on visiting the branch they told that they are not issuing add on cards currently 🤷🏻
