I have done 1 transaction before 5 am on 1st April and settlement date is being shown as 31st March. Because of this I didn't receive milestone benefit but I have been confirmed multiple times from Axis custom care that I will get milestone benefit but I haven't received the benefit and they are deniying now.
Even PNO on mail is replying that I have been promised 25k milestone points at begining and at end they are stating I have not met criteria and will not get points.
Any suggestion on what can be done here?

This is with reference to your mail dated 16-08-2023 in relation to concern on credit card ending <hidden>.
As per Service Request <hidden>, regarding channel experience, below are our observations:
You called and informed that you did not receive milestone benefits of magnus card .Post verification advisor informed that your spending's of April month is not done for that reason you did not receive milestone benefits. you informed about transactions made in April month amount of rupees 42,000 and 10,000 and informed proper statement is not reflecting.
Advisor informed you that transactions has happened from your card on April month and informed you that you will be getting milestone benefits in July month, you can wait for that. you agreed and call closed.
You have stated that you made a transaction of 42000 INR on 1st Apr'23 but statement transaction date is reflecting as 31st Mar'23 and for the same through service request
<hidden> was raised earlier and was closed stating that 25000 reward points are credited within 90 days from the completion of the monthly milestone month as per product terms and conditions.

And have not achieved spends of Rs One lakh for the calendar month of APR-23 hence hence you are not eligible for milestone benefits.
