Axis Magnus - Gyftr Issue on Yatra Voucher

Hi - Yesterday I tried booking flight tickets from Yatra using gyftr vouchers but unfortunately i could able to use only one voucher.

Under Important Instructions its shown as 3 vouchers can be used in one bill



When i applied 2nd voucher it didn't accept. When i called Gyftr customer service they said multiple vouchers can be used only in Offline. I asked them where is it mentioned then they said its under point 13 in T&C.


From that time i am trying to reach to customer service of Yatra for which i am not getting any response.

Can anyone suggest how to get this fixed

I just found this thread while searching for something and I thought this would be the best place to post this.

Seems like yatra has removed gift voucher option from their payments page? Cuz while booking a flights, I was gonna be applying the coupon, and there was no option to put it in....

I think if you have applied a coupon, the option to pay with gift vouchers is not available in the payment page.

Or you directly coming from sky scanner. If you redirect from sky scanner to Yatra, even without any coupon, voucher option is not available

This can happen due to both vouchers having different expiry dates.

OMG , 1 more conditions to using yatra ….same denomination with same expiry date ..pls tell me if anything left ..

You can use multiple gyftr yatra vouchers only if you have purchased them together (same transaction). If you try to use a voucher which you purchased 3 days back and another voucher if you have purchased 2 days back, it won't accept. Today, I see that the vouchers are available in the denomination of 500 and 1000. They have removed other denominations

Yes. This is common in Gyftr. Certain vouchers go out of stock. It comes back in stock in a couple of days most times.

From now on will avoid Yatra vouchers like plague for flight booking atleast.

1. If you use any promo codes or ecash, you can't use vouchers.
2. I could only use vouchers on a PC not on mobile.
3. If coming from skyscanner, you can't use vouchers
4. If you apply any promo code on skyscanner booking, you'll be charged a convenience fee.

No. No such issues on MMT. You can mix different denomination vouchers and different expiry date vouchers as well.

But, MMT voucher is only applicable for hotels and not flights.

can we use different denomination vouchers in yatra flight booking because nothing mentioned in terms & condition . i have to book for 13k so though if using 5k+5k+2.5k
