As far as I know, LTF Magnus (got with True burgundy account) does not have an annual spend criteria. That is only for paid Magnus.

That LTF Magnus is not truly LTF. It is conditional (until you maintain the True burgundy status)

I received it before true burgundy magnus combination offer (with some special approval) and I did not shift to burgundy magnus card. So, I do not get 5:4 conversion for airmiles. Only 5:2. Since I have not changed anything from my end, I shouldn't be penalized for keeping the card. What do you think?

Correct.. in a sense there's loss in opportunity cost for those funds locked.

Ok, in that case it also will not have a spend based criteria. Good to just keep the card active for other benefits if you have a equally or more rewarding card
