It is a hit and a miss. I did it two times this month. One was categorised as Travel spends and another was categorised as Cash withdrawal.

Was the merchant name in OTP different in both cases??

Yes, it will be counted towards the milestone, but for normal ER points the amount should be above 4001

I have no idea at all, but any transaction you frequently make with the same merchant will always be flagged. It's better to diversify your transactions with different merchants, or else you might be the next victim, just like Bhartnxt users. 🤣
