Axis Magnus - no update on approval

I had applied for Axis Magnus on 14th Oct at the branch. Biometrics verification along with income proof was taken. Its been 6 days today and there is no update on the application.

2 weeks back I had applied online and the application got rejected (due to insufficient information).

Hence I applied at the branch again on 14th. How many days does it typically take for approval and delivery - any one who has the card? What should I do in the interim? The bank person who took my application is not responding to my messages now.

That is low for magnus. Follow the escalation matrix and ask them why you have been given such a low limit for magnus. They might increase it to 3L.

Even I got a limit of 2.68 lakhs without any proof but still that is very less I feel. I wanted atleast 5L+ as per my highest card limit.

Got it but they approved my card without documents so hope with salary slips they will work out and increase

Yes my max limit in sbi cash back is 4.1 lac and Amex mrcc 4lac both are reflecting in cibil too

I also received yesterday, And the application status it still shows it has not been dispatched 😛

I dont know why my card is not dispatched or delivered yet , its printed from 19th Oct .

When i call support team or chat with them they tell to wait for 10 days more .

Activate the card 1st and call the concierge AFAIK its possible since 34+ hours left

If yes, did you went through OTP based consent declaration?

If yes, did you get application reference number on mobile or email.

Was the upgrade successful?

How much time did it take to get the card?

if you have an exisiting cc with 3L limit, have a chat with customer care to see whether they can give you magnus. If they process it, it will take maximum of 15 days for approval. Once approved, it will take around 7 days for delivery.

Faster route is via direct apply which took less than 72 hrs to me but c2c option not there and for c2c pls visit branch

It says no request were raised. Weird processes @ Axis Bank.
