I have an offer where ₹500 AGV is offered for saving Axis Mastercard DC while doing a txn over ₹10k amt. Is there any chance I can use family members Axis MC DC on my own Razorpay portal? Will that cause any issues to me or cardholder in any terms or for my business?

If ur family member's surname matches urs in razorpay portal then it may raise red flags in Axis's system. Faced a similar problem with CSB Edge+ CC where I paid Rs.50k via upi to a family member's merchant qr code. Within 1hr received calls from Jupiter team asking if I m doing "money rotation". Had to somehow convince them that it is not for money rotation, otherwise they would have blocked my card. These fintechs have pretty advanced AI to detect such suspicious payments. Axis could also cause similar problems. They may block ur family members card if they find it suspious

Razorpay portal has my business name that's not related to my name.

Then it should not be a problem. In my case the relative had individual current account in his name hence the issue. Just keep a proxy bill ready in case Axis asks proof from ur relative

Basically by family member I meant immediate Family. Also my question was for DC, do they monitor DC such strictly?

Unless that family member's name has been saved as nominee in ur Axis savings accoint, there is no way for the bank to know your relation with that family member. So it should be fine. Axis is pretty strict about their CC and although I havent heard/read about DC related account freezing, but because we do get Edge RPs in the debit cards so they might be strict about DCs also ( similar to the IDFC bank drama). At worst they may ask ur family member to give bills as proof for the transaction.
