You can obviously skip it by clicking on Login to your Axis Account

i tried that already, its asking me to disable wifi and asking for mobile registration to upi. Not sure why they are enforcing this to access netbanking

That's not for UPI registration, most netbanking apps use this method of sim verification for login to the account

You are right. Not sure why its suddenly asking for it now, been using it for months. Maybe an OS update warranted a clean registration for axis i guess.
