Axis myzone application rejected

"Thank you for applying for an Axis Bank Credit card. However we regret our inability to process the same as
the information provided by you are insufficient/inadequate and does not meet the Bank's credit norms. "

This is the reason they gave me, but I've provided all the necessary documents, and i already have Axis Ace , did it happen because i had activated ace on Dec 7 2022?
Is there anything that can be done regarding this matter, otherwise it'll be a wasted CIBIL hit.

yes its because 3 months cooling period isn't completed yet. You should try next month instead.

Nope. In axis case, once rejected its final.

You should have tried to upgrade directly over call (but confirm if it would be LTF or not)
or should have applied offline through an agent, instead of applying online

They don't provide LTF cards over call. Even if the LTF offer is going on, customer care guys can only provide chargeable cards.

I didn't want to upgrade, i wanted a separate myzone card for movies and it's LTF now, should've waited till March end .

Upgrade is just a term used by Axis, you get an option to keep both the cards. You can still apply offline or over call
