(Axis Neo) RuPay CC is not accepted in the official Apple online Store?

Both Axis and ICICI offer an instant discount and no cost EMI on certain products in the official Apple online store at https://www.apple.com/in/store.

Early this morning, I had a strange issue when using my Axis Neo RuPay CC while trying to buy an item from Apple. Usually, I get a notification regarding why a transaction didn't go through (such as wrong CVV. No money deducted. However, I didn't get any notification even after more than 8 hours.

Your card issuer could not authenticate the use of the card •••1234. Please contact your issuing bank or try another payment method.

Is it just me who can't buy stuff with a RuPay CC in the Apple store?

AFAIK, Apple India website accept RuPay-Discover cards.

What's the exact issue ? after otp submit transaction failed or card otp page is not open ?

OTP page is not open. So, something has gone wrong before that stage.

I entered the card details and Apple site recognized it as RuPay CC from Axis, thus applied the instant discount for the total value.

I saw the RuPay cards being accepted. That's why I tried.

It seems Apple started accepting RuPay three years ago...

Ya, Apple India store accept RuPay-Discover cards.

RuPay-JCB BIN is not working.

You should complaint to RuPay support team on twitter.

I think Apple dnt update latest RuPay cards details, that's why RuPay JCB cards are also not accepted (JCB variant cards - Apple detect this is international card. we get error, dnt remember exactly but something like order is not available on this location).
