Hi all
I recently got my axis Neo rupay cc
I activated it. But I can't do any online transaction using it.... Whenever I try using it on
AMAZON Pay - Payment pending
Axis mobile - Something went wrong
Paytm doesn't support payment via Rupay card(without UPI)

I want to redeem the welcome benifit of flat 300 cb on first utility payment... Where should I spend it?

Its enabled. In frustration I enable all except international transactions

When was card delivered.

Wait for confirmation of card delivered on email
Post that u can use it
Axis system can be buggy sometimes in updating in their server that card holder got the card & activated it .
Wait for 1-2 days
It will be ok

Post that u can use it

When I tried to pay electricity bill on airtel & payzapp, it didn't allow. Only amazon & mobikwik was working.

In my Case Payment Gateway is giving error that Axis Denied Authentication 🤣

Axis khud ke Cards ko Authenticate karne se deny kar raha hai 🤣

I wasn't even able to add cards in airtel & payzapp. 🤣 they allowed for coral rupay, fk axis on the same day buy not for neo rupay.

It was my 1st transaction after a week of receiving the card. I think they have blocked some vendors. Like for utilities due to low mdr.

No, Payzapp do not allow use of Certain Cards. That is Payzapp and Airtel issue,they are not accepting the Card at all


In my Case Website is Accpeting the Card but Axis denied the Authentication and Txn do not even reach OTP Page.

my airtel axis card also got declined at otp stage in Zomato. it was fine before is there some server issue with Axis

Jio ne ab merchant name change kardiya
