If it's limit increase with upgrade of only 2 cards best and safe choice take atlas.

If other cards exist with limit increase take other cards,

if other cards exist and no limit enhancement then don't take such cards.

I think axis have rolled out this offer to many, even I have received upgrades to magnus & atlas on my neo card.
