Axis not upgrading magnus to magnus burgundy

Hello all, I have axis burgundy saving account and maintaining 10 lakh AMB from Dec 2024 and I had shared last three month's OGS to premium support axis bank with that I want to upgrade magnus card to burgundy magnus, so many emails after they are saying that I am not eligible. Is there any way to get this card?

My magnus got upgraded to burgandy, 8 days back and i got the card with in 5 days time. I had Burgandy account since last Jan but i didnt got LTF so i didnt maintained the AQB, Feb month i have gain deposited 10 lac and upgraded to burgandy as my card renewal was in April and i got upgraded to burgandy card.

I called customer care and told them earlier i got the option but didnt accepted as it was in the middle of the year and now my renewal is in April so let’s upgrade… i choose to do it as i have 3 lac edge points .

I think better you talk to them and sort it out than sending emails. BM etc not useful and waste of time and energy

I have the same issue. Maintaining AMB but still they say I’m not eligible.

Now i am thinking to create 30L Fd after March ogs, maybe it will work fast.
