Axis point transfer issue after recent upgrade ?

Hi

I am trying to transfer points (2 times it has failed now) from travel edge portal to accor
i had delinked my previous account - and linked a new one .. (it has my name only) , But my transfer is failing

For 1st point transfer , i got the points back after more than 1 week
For 2nd point transfer - failed again - have not received the points


Customer support is really bad and they are saying due to system upgrade it has happened

Anyone facing the same or know the solution for the same ?
 
The new rules state that you need to wait for 6 months for linking a new account number after delinking the existing one
thank you ,atleast they should allow only transfer after 6 months then, coz there is no way we will know that 6 months are over [they dont specify the reason as well for failed txn]

Also, what if my accor membership tier upgrade happen ((from silver to gold) and member no changes - what happen in that case - can i transfer to old account ?
