I don't think you will even have time to buy a voucher then do the spending and track all those points and everything.

I know my feedbacks were not for your level of a spender. and I don't want to give suggestions/ideas for which I myself don't have any experience.
Definitely, there will be some other members who are high spenders like you and use cases similar to yours, they will give you real solid ideas.
If you are looking purely for experience of hotels you can go for AMEX plat charge, it's gives you gold status in lot of good hotels and good discounts if you book through AMEX and also get good MR points but of course they dont offer the same conversion value as Axis HNI cards but other benefits are good
