Axis reversed All Reward Points for transactions after 20 Jan

Axis Bank reversed all the reward points which earned after 20 January, And many peoples on defferent forms like DD and reddit reported the same, everyone knows axis support so if anyone have any update on it please post,

We regret to inform you that, due to a technical issue at the vendor, extra edge rewards points for certain Jan’ 2024 transactions were incorrectly credited to your Edge account. We are working with the vendor to sort the issue on or before 25th Feb’ 2024 and re-credit the correct points as per the eligibility.

We wish to inform you that, incorrect edge rewards points for certain Jan’ 2024 transactions which were reversed on 29th Jan’2024, we are working on the fix and correct points as per eligibility if applicable will be credited on or before 25th Feb’ 2024

Even for me reversed 20 points, but the mentioned date of transaction is not exist in my transaction. Stupidity to the core by Axis.

The normal base points itself are reversed. Also, I believe, I went for the 10% CB offer, rather than X RP offer.

they are idiots but that is a good thing also becuase of which people have earned lakhs and million of miles. Need to keep patience with them you never know they eventually credit more points than actual 🙂

Bro meri 1.3L forex txn k points reverse ni hue. But bikanerwala k 500₹ k 24 points are reversed.

Yes I have Magnus Burgundy and my 60 points got reversed. They were spends at a hospital

Almost 2k worth of points gone! Just wrote a mail to them! And transactions worth 12 points 48 points have been reversed! Swiggy orders and such! Who the hell jas business transactions of 200 rupees ??? Are these guys crazy?
