Axis reversed All Reward Points for transactions after 20 Jan

Axis Bank reversed all the reward points which earned after 20 January, And many peoples on defferent forms like DD and reddit reported the same, everyone knows axis support so if anyone have any update on it please post,

For me they reversed reward points of 17th Jan txn. I transacted on Magnus for the first time since August and now this 🤣

Points for transactions done on Select card have been reversed. All transactions were done at our regular vegetable shop...

They should fire their tech team...

Lost around 4k points on Magnus for all transactions after 17 Jan. The transaction were both from primary and add-on card. All legit transactions like BookMyShow, Eazydiner and Jewellery shop.

Relax guys.. the points will be credited back to your accounts by Feb 25th. My 36k points have been reversed. All points for unbilled transactions are reversed. We should be getting our points back soon

Thank God. I have seen it just today and thought axis did a surgical strike on my EP.
Big Chunk of my reversed transactions are Gold purchases. Can anyone confirm if jewellery is eligible for Rewards on Select card?

It’s not just unbilled. For me all points credited post 17th Jan are reversed.
Out of the total 12 transactions, only 1 was unbilled.

For Axis IOCL CC - Edge points reversed on 29th Jan for transactions done on 15th Jan
For Atlas - Edge miles earned in Jan are not reversed

Possible, my statement generation date is 15th. Looks like they have reversed from the 15th. Nonetheless, they will be credited back

I also got one. The 300 ERPs were for a fuel transaction on IOCL card at Indian Oil petrol pump where I regularly receive ER points.

They reversed my points too due to which my edge points balance went into negative. Now when I am trying to go to transfer miles page, I get the error as shown in screenshot. Called customer service but they are clueless. I guess once they resolve this and points are positive, I would have access to this page. Anyone else getting this error?

Axis has started restoring edge reward points that was reversed. In my case, 30 edge reward points for a transaction of 602 INR done on 12 January was credited on 17 January. Same was reversed on 29 January. And the 30 edge reward point was again credited back yesterday. However, miles for transactions done on Atlas credit card done a month ago is yet to be credited.

I have not received any of the reversed points back yet. Have received a few points in between . But no points yet for 5 flights booked through traveledge nor for an internationaltransaction!! Don't know what is happening!
