I get error 4520, 4522 or 4525-- contact customer care.

Not opening for me either. It says 0 Rewards points while I have Edge Rewards Balance

I had SI before , but for a very brief time, as they didn’t credit ER properly and when I asked them I got 3 different answers from 3 different people.
I said to myself enough is enough

It happened to me several times before..
Not to worry.. they must be doing some house keeping work..
They will be back live in sometime

it's just waiting and waiting.
Then you get error
