I opened my savings account on 6th Feb. I haven't received my account E-statement automatically generated via mail on or after 6th March which completed 30 days. I raised the concern for the same with axis. But they sent the account statement manually with the statement period 3rd Feb 2025 to 10-03-2025 as i opened the account on 6th Feb only.But when I raised the complaint i received different different replies.
*From branch they informed me that every month axis created some dummy account and allocated to customers. So my account creation was on 3rd Feb and it allocated to me and the account opened on 6th Feb. What's all these??
* Branch told me that I won't get the 1st statement automatically as the procedure took 30 days to get the automated statement. So from 2nd statement onwards I start to receive the monthly E-statement automatically.
I really didn't understand what's these procedures all...!!! Anyone please explain this if the branch informed me the right thing or not
