Not a lie, one tf guy also confirmed here that he saw add on option and vanished.

Customer care said either you will see option in app or visit branch to apply add on.

Branch has not been accepting add on requests unless u got approval from md ceos like previously

Ok so I also saw the pop-up in my credit card section for applying add-on. But when I clicked and tried adding my wife's details it timed out. Have never seen the option again 🙁
