Do you know why?
Seems a bit hit and miss on when they decide to approve. Did your add on have any existing Axis relationship?

No idea why other than the standard boilerplate response. The funny thing is that she used to hold the Magnus add-on earlier and is in a better financial position than she was then. And has only one other credit card. I've written to them asking for an explanation.
I think I read somewhere they auto reject if add on user has/had a card from them. But this isn't mentioned in their terms so high chances auto rejection is a technical issue where complaining might help. Hope you get a response from them soon

Goto credit cards section in app
You'll see your main credit cards and after the addon is approved you'll see an option on the credit cards main page itself to view addon card.

My family member has no previous axis relationship and they approved the addon in few minutes of completing the vkyc

On writing to them asking for a reason for the add-on rejection I got a reply from Axis giving the same vague explanation:
"we confirm that the application was rejected due to extant guidelines and internal policy."
They have asked me to approach the nearest Axis Bank branch where the team will be happy to help it seems. So why is there an online option even?
I am going to escalate this to PNO and then to Ombudsman. @cc_newbie

It's only allowing me to apply for one add on card at a time. And looks like the option to apply for a second add on card will be enabled after this one gets delivered. Anyone know of a way to apply for another add on card right now (while the process of the first being printed and delivered is underway)
Applied for Axis Atlas add on card for my wife. After successful VKYC card was Rejected 2 times with message" We are unable to process your Axis Bank Atlas Add-on Credit Card application due to a technical glitch. Please apply again." Any of got the credit card generated in app or received physical add on card?
I was trying to apply for 2 add on cards. One was accepted immediately - with credit card generated in app immediately and physical card received after 3 days. However, when I'm trying to apply for the 2nd member, it says he is not eligible due to credit card norms. I have contacted Axis support about it. Let's see what they reply

Will addon card count in max 3 axis cards for addon member or its separate ?
Also any cooling period for applying addon , if add-on member has recently got primary axis card ?

slightly off topic, the spends on the add on are considered for primary card holder pan number or add on's pan

Will count towards 3 Axis cards. Not sure of cooldown
spends, payment delays, excessive expenses etc. everything tied to primary holder, they're the one responsible and they're the one need to address if any issues arises and they're the ones CIBIL will hit if payment delayed.
