I could see Axis bank has recently provided the option to apply add-on cards through app. So I applied for my mom.
Axis Bank gives the link for vKYC through sms. But I've tried several times since yesterday, Everytime, it gives the same message: "Agents Unavailable".
Unless they've laid off every customer support member, I don't think agents should be unavailable each and everytime when I try to do it.
Anyone has any idea what is happening? And any possible way to get the kyc done?
