There was this useless video hype where one guy is literally boasting that he pays his taxes with the card and earns like 3 business class tickets. It’s fools like these who make devaluations quicker.

Closed my Vistara infinite today. Renewal was next week. They offered me 3k CV points for retention, didn't take it.
No I did not close it based on the recent devaulation, I never used this card for utilities or tax payment.
Only reason is "Availability" of Business & premium economy award tickets.
Vistara has started all economy flights similar to indigo now. BLR - Port Blair route for example.

If you pay through PAYTM the MCC doesn't show for utilities.
Even wallet load with PAYTM was considered eligible

If you have paid before, just call customer support and ask them MCC for that transaction, then match it with the exclusions pdf

yes for tier 1...cc is not allowed for tier 2

Nope. Paid 2 lakhs and got 6000 CV points.
