1. Is purchase of gift cards like Amazon Pay (directly through Amazon website or through some other website) eligible for CV points and Milestone benefits?
2. What about other kinds of gift cards like Uber, Pantaloons, Shoppers Stop etc.?

As per the latest exclusions of 03 January 2024 only following MCC code txns are not eligible for CV points. Rest all are eligible for CV points.

9222-Fines,
9311-Tax Payments,
9399-Government Services–Not Elsewhere Classified,
9402-Postal Services–Government Only,
4814-Telecommunication Services including but not limited to prepaid phone services and recurring phone services,
4816-Computer Network/Information Services,
4899-Cable, Satellite, and Other Pay Television and Radio Services ,
4900- Utilities–Electric, Gas, Heating Oil, Sanitary, Water

Too many exclusions. There is nothing much left here. I will keep this card to just get one flight voucher a year for 1.5k + GST
