Axis Vistara Signature/SBI Vistara cards: Are electricity bill payments eligible for milestone benefits and CV points?

I know that Axis recently removed rent payments from being calculated into milestone benefits and CV rewards. What about electricity bill payments?

Also - does SBI provide milestone benefits or CV points for rent/electricity bill payments on their Vistara cards?

For Axis it's just for Rent & Wallet they do not give anything and for SBI Cards they accept even Rent for Milestone + CV Points just that they charge surcharge + gst for rent payments.

Electricity bill comes under utility so restricted on both cards … but talking abt sbi vistara prime - jwellery/ fuel / rent , still gives cv points + counts for milestone.

I have idfc Club Vistara card which gives points but upto 20k utilities only without charging more than that 1% so not much useful
