Dear All
I recently noticed that the payment done from my bank account via icici Billpay/Neft to my axis Magnus instead of Axis Vistara.
Now i am near the due date. I called customer care, launched my grievance, emailed them the complaint, bank statement.
The back end processing takes 3 days to credit and it seems the back end has erroroneously credited the same to wrong card.
Would i be charged late payment etc or will they rectify the error in system with old date.
Some data entry and supervisor guy is really going to get screwed.
Do share your views if similar case has happened.
