Axisbank vistara upgrade

Hello,
I have a Samsung infinite and ace Creditcards I am calling customer care for upgrade my cards to vistara infinite they saying we are not upgrading vistara cards like this? How can I get vistara card I am applying in website always declines.

Visit any nearest Axis bank and apply through the agent or you can apply from Axis bank Kiosks at some malls or Airports.

But just give 3 months gap if you have applied it too many times recently. If you really want Vistara co branded cards meanwhile you can try SBI co branded vistara card.
