Axis Reserve Axis Vistara Upgrade options from existing cc

Axis saying they can't upgrade my Flipkart Axis to Vistara Axis, and saying they can only upgrade to Atlas, Select, Rewards, Reserve and Magnus.
anyone here upgraded to Axis Vistara from Flipkart?

I don't find Flipkart card useful as I have other better cards for rewards/cashbacks so thought of upgrading but they are rejecting.

I want to upgrade Flipkart Axis to Atlas. Will they do a hard cibil enquiry? My limit on flipkart is 50000. Can I get better limit on c2c basis?

Called the CC and they upgraded Flipkart to Atlas. No limit enhancement, also no cibil enquiry. I will apply for LE later.
