Bad experience with Amex

I've had an American Express credit card since 2017, and after the Magnus disaster, I applied for an amex travel card on August 21, 2023, and completed vkyc on the same day.
I've been receiving emails on a daily basis since then (see screenshot), but no one has contacted me.

I called customer service several times, and they confirmed that there was an issue with the document I shared, and I needed to resubmit it. CC stated that someone would contact me and provide me with a link to upload documents again. The catch is that I haven't received any links to upload documents since then.

I have escalated to their manager escalations, nodal officer, and all possible email IDs available on the internet; however, no response has been received.

The only option I have left is to increase the RBI Obsumdum. Never imagined Amex would surprise me like this.

Onetime please speak to @BestBanker once…he might help you…

Exactly the same thing is happening with me right now.. I completed the kyc but everyday for the past week or so I am getting mails asking me to complete the kyc. Spoke to customer care multiple times but no use whatsoever.

Maybe these guys are being bombarded with applications?

Not a good look nonetheless. I had a bad experience with them as well when I had applied for my very first credit card some 9-10 years ago.

I dropped it after 1-2 tries, not sure if it is even worth the hassle.

Surprising to see this kind of negligence from AMEX, I have been using Amex for many years and always I felt their customer service is superior to the other cards.
