I opened a Kotak 811 full KYC account and maintained more than 50K MAB for 1 year and they offered me lifetime free credit card. Earlier I had no credit history. So my question for experts here is does this method work in other banks and if yes what bank I should go for next? Thanks in advance.
You have such a lucky person...I just want platium cc only a 10k limit and My RM told me that you need 1.20 lakhs CC limit for the C2C application. I have 1.10 lakhs SBI CC 1 year old. I have no idea How to get ICICI CC in C2C basis?
Get the Apay card from amazon app first, check if you have the no income needed offer. After receiving, get the expression credit card, use it to upgrade or downgrade to MMT signature/platinum or ICICI platinum, then close the expression. That's how I did it for ICICI credit card.
I really have no idea just maintained some decent balance with frequent transactions.
Account was opened in June-22 last week and got pre approved offer in 10th October-22.
And this is how my current ICICI portfolio looks like after 3 months. View attachment 8924
There is a way to get mmt cards instantly If you hold any other cc with ICICI. Someone already shared link for getting immediately. I will share if i find the link.

Icici cards are for only instant discounts.... Max rewards offered by icici is 0.75% on their expressions card..... Even cards like one card or rbl lazypay cards are giving 1%.....but icici provides offer on mainly every website yearlong..... If having multiple cards preferably ltf then u can use multiple times the offers.... You can even earn money using yaper.....
Apay is a pure cashback card and hardly 10% discount is valid.. But it will give u atleast 5% on amazon if prime customer.... Whole year around.... Good for small purchases where u dont get offer even in sales.... As most cards have some limit of either 3000/5000 for instant discounts..... And icici is not behaving like sbi... In regards to like sbi behaving with customers of sbi cashback card.... Like blocking cards... Reversal of rewards after 2-3 months.... Icici apay only holds your cashback if it reaches above 6000 per. Month.... Which any normal user wont be able to reach....

There are two effective ways go for the lowest end account and maintain 2x the MAB or If you can go for premium accounts with RM and ask for CC in 3-6 months .
*Assuming you don't want to go the ITR route.
