Bank account for rtgs without cooling period for new beneficiary?

I currently have SBI and HDFC saving bank accounts. I need to transfer 10 lakh at times to different people.

The RTGS cooling period is quite high for both SBI and HDFC for new beneficiary. You can only transfer 5 lakh for first 4 days of new beneficiary added for SBI. For HDFC, you need to wait 24 hours.

Is there other account type for SBI/HDFC which don't have this cooling period? Any other bank account which support RTGS of 5-10 lakhs within 2-4 hours?

ICICI Current Ac: you can transfer full amount after 30 minutes of adding beneficiary

If I am not wrong, this had been imposed by RBI to curb scammers emptying the amount from less tech savvy people's account

You can always go to your nearest branch and do an RTGS in old fashioned way
