Bank Denied to convert card to ltf

I have platinum maxima plus credit card which comes with annual fee of 2500 plus gst. I contacted to CC for convert currently card to LTF but they denied.

Also they denied to downgrade this card to other RBL card with LTF, they say downgrade card will chargable.
Should I go to close this card, also it's not use by me from last 6 months, kept only for offers but RBL offers is also less.
Kindly share the suggestions......

I don't think it's worth paying 2500+Gst for this card with no benefits. Better to close this card.
And if you want to keep one card for bank offers take some lower variant RBL card like Shoprite.

Yes go for shoprite for just availing RBL offers...No benifits in keeping maxima for a fee of 2500 plus GST.

Rarely i have hear about RBL LTF cards...Yeah but they will offer you reward points at par with fee charged..

You will receive call back from back end team for knowing the reason....Insist for LTF ..lets see what happens..

Better to close the card as there is no benifits with this high Fees,
Maybe there is some chances that retention team will offer LTF against closure request otherwise close it.

No update till date they denied 2nd time. Now it's time to close now bcz after 2 months they charge annual fee

Retention team call me when I mail to close the card, and they offer me RBL world safari as FYF and said that you can call me after 6-7 months this will be converted to ltf or take reverse of annual fee,.so i take world safari, leta wait what's next regards ltf or reversal because I also take reversal of platinum maxima plus joining fee earlier, so hope they also reverse the charges of safari.
