I opened a super savings account around 4 days ago online, the account activated after vkyc in the evening.
Issue is I am unable to login in BoB World App as it says that my phone number is not registered with any account whereas I received the SMS of my new account number and Customer ID on that same number.

I have tried to register the number on bib world, but it requires Debit card details for registration, but still there has been no SMS about welcome kit dispatch or anything.

Can you log in from net banking? Then try to register mobile banking from there.

Log on to bob world netbanking and click on activate user ID.
User id will be ur CIF number

Set login pin and transaction pin

After that generate otp for bob world app and login through that. Simple

Now they are giving new bin 652505.
Is the virtual rupay platinum dc chargeable?
Default rupay issued virtual card is which variant? Is it free?

Have u tick✅ debit card option while opening account ?

If yes, then there will be 2 Rupay Platinum Debit cards issued automatically.

Typo in my previous reply:

6523 3311 is the bin of BPCL Rupay Platinum

6525 (Rupay Select) card is also issued in my account, but can't see details.

Yes, I ticked all boxes when applying.
I have not received any physical kit/card yet.
I have applied for Rupay Select NCMC Card just before these pictures thus it doesnt show in applying for physical cards.

I have one Rupay Card showing in my cards with bin 652211. I dont think it is Rupay Platinum DC as I am getting an option to apply for Rupay Virtual Platinum DC in the app. (It shows Zero issuance charges but says nothing about the annual charges).

It is not about that .
It would be nice, if we know the correct gender of the perdom we are communicating with...then we could have proper conversation while we are addressing them..

I found in a few circumstances, some people name their handles with female names even though they are boys...

I really don't know the purpose behind it..

Some people use an extra A after their names, that could be the reason.

In virtual cards section, u will always see 2 options, Visa and Rupay Platinum. But since a virtual rupay platinum is already issued in ur account, u can't apply that again.

You can verify it urself, it will throw error "Card type already issued"
