The customer care is useless they said they can only confirm after i complete the application process. That would mean that i need to select the card and provide all the details.

That's why I mentioned you have to contact after approved.

Once the card is delivered don't activate the card and drop an email to BoB support asking them to confirm on the LTF status

Most likely, it is being provided to you as LTF - unconditional
