Bank of Baroda Credit Card

I applied for a Bank of Baroda Credit Card on March 22nd.
Mene ussi din VKYC v complete kar lia.
But Avi tak koi update hi nhi h.
Bohot baar tweet and customer care e baat karne baad pata chala ki meri VKYC abhi v pending h.
Mene again bohot saare tweet & emails likhe toh mujhe ek naya link mila VKYC phir se karne k liye.
But wo link se login hi nhi ho raha tha.
Then again me tweet & mails likhe toh aur ek naya link mila but wo link to open hi nhi ho raha..
Uske baad v mene complain kiya but tav se koi update hi nhi h. Av kya kare kuch samjh nhi aaraha.
Please help

I agree but what about the VKYC? i've already done it. But they were saying I haven't.

I would suggest you to go to a Bob branch and apply through the branch, if you apply through the branch then there is no need for vkyc. I have applied in the similar manner 🙂

LTF is there via branch?

The lady said so, but I did had a doubt so I managed to get the call recorded as a proof 😅

BTW was it mentioned anywhere online that only online applications are LTF??

I applied on 11 March 2022 and got approved on 7 May 2022. Yet to receive. Don't even what are the terms and conditions.

Yeah... I think I'm qualified to say BoB takes approximately 2 months to process credit card application 😊
