I had recently applied for a BOB debit card but no news about it from the bank, I can see in the app 2 cardS
one is a virtual card the other one seems to be the physical card.

I had applied for a RuPay Platinum..
Will the virutal card provide all the benefits of the physical card?
For eg BOB Debit cards have some offer in Swiggy. Can I use the virtual card to avail such offers until I get the physical one?

yea i have Easy card, its a worthless card, but i got it as LTF. But beware, the customer support over email is not that good compared to other banks. They take very long time to reply and phone support is not great too. Get the cards only if its LTF, otherwise they are useless.

Yes, they will give preferences to existing account holders. That's how I got my CC. But it was Easy, not worth all. I am just keeping it because its ltf. Also for BOB offers.

yes i've closed my physical card which was in MC variant with yly 275+ fee.
currently using virtual rupay platinum and yes it works for amazon friday offers and swiggy too.
App shows another rupay platinum bpcl physical but didnt avail it since 300+ charges yly

Closing physical card is just block it in app without request to replace it
New virtual card u can take from app if you’re having advantage and above level of accounts

Did you block your Bob platinum debit as I was looking for the same. Also please confirm if BOB does charge for virtual debit card or not?
