Edit: For anyone facing similar issue in future:
1. It takes about 48-72 hours to receive the Userid for a new account on your email. It comes from email barodaconnect@bankofbaroda.com
2. User id is same as your Customer ID
3. Even if you know your customer/user id you can’t login unless step-1 is completed. Step-1 is where they actually activate the netbanking
4. Once this email comes, you can go to set / forget password and follow steps to activate and start using Netbanking
5. App (BoB World) will work only after activating Mobile banking, and this can be done once you login to Netbanking

Hi,
Recently opened a new BoB savings account that was required for Loan account - two days back
Branch people said I'll get the Netbanking userid on email on same day - but still haven't received it.
Tried speaking to them again today, and they said they will re-trigger and I should expect in 24 hours.
In parallel, tried calling Customer service, they said to email to barodaconnect email. I emailed them and they said the Account is registered for bob world Internet; however, they are unable to fetch the details in net banking portal. And asked me to visit base-branch, fill form, and ask branch to send them the stamped form.
Anyone has experience in this regard? Usually how much time does it take?
Problem is their Txn messages are also a hit/miss. I made 5 transfers to account so far, but got SMS of credit for only 2.
Also, when should I expect the Debit card, cheque books to come?
