Hi, I've filled this form for Indus delite DC and for Indus Advantage SB Account separately and I received interactiuon numbers
it's been 7 days now but there's no response from them
Does anyone of you know how this form works and do they really get back to us or it's waste of time?

Actually I want to get a physical delite DC for my mom for her delite SB Account (opted for Virtual DC during ac opening and now not able link SB account as she already hold Indus cc) and I'd like to open indus advantage SB account as I already hold Legend cc.

Let me know the way to get the above two - online/offline

Is it possible to get indusind advantage Account offline?

Ask your mom, to raise service request to close netbanking amd mobile banking user id

Create fresh netbanking login with bank ac and then link indus card.

For you - It's a time waste thing
Go to the branch and open the ac or open via online later convert the variant.
