Battle of Benefits: BOB RuPay Select vs. BOB EMT RuPay Platinum Debit Cards Which one to choose?

Anyone has got BOB Rupay Sapphire card here? Can you share its benefits if its better than rupay select?
Ye Rupay pe kab aaya??,, visa varient had premium lounge and airport pick-up/drop.

Visa sapphire got devalued, I am unable to find any rupay sapphire.
 
I opened an account at a BOB branch and thought the debit card would be delivered automatically. It's been over a month now, so I called customer care to check. Surprisingly, the backend system now recognizes my phone number (earlier it didn’t).

They told me there is a debit card linked to my account, but they couldn't share any details because it’s not fully visible on their end. They advised me to contact the branch.

I told them that the branch hasn’t been very helpful. In response, they suggested I try applying for a debit card through NetBanking or the BOB World app.

However, the BOB World app doesn’t show any option for the EMT RuPay Platinum Debit Card. After looking more closely, I noticed my card type is listed as BOB EMT RUPAY NCMC PD52-P.
Bin number:- 652494
Account type:-BOB ADVANTAGE SB GEN ACCOUNT

As per the conversation account type and bin number matches but didn't get the card
Does anyone have any idea what this means?
How do reapply or have physical debit card?

Sadly, I didn't face any of this. Though, it took 15-20 days for the card delivery. Well not sure, but maybe block the EMT permanently and order it again?

Do you think blocking gets me the option to choose emt rupay platinum debit card or will I get the same choice again?

Probably you will not get option to apply rupay emt after blocking it. But there is an option in bob world app to "reissuance of blocked debit card".

For me, I blocked a visa classic card in March. Now they are not giving me option of visa classic to apply. But in "reissuance of blocked debit card" it's giving me option to reissue the card with same card number.
 
No nothing
Till now got cheque book(tracking for that) but no dc or its tracking
Mail PNO citing unsatisfactory response from Level 1.

Ask them about your DC, and mention that the branch didn't help either.

Also, mention in your complaint that "you have already waited long enough for this. If PNO is unable to help, let me know so I can close all the relationship with your bank and raise complaint to RBIO."

Watch how the branch manager will start calling you multiple times a day like a girlfriend.
