Yes! Emails doesn't help, I received same mail reply and then nothing. My branch operations officer was helpful and sent complaint from her end internally. I received my card in two days. First day in BOB app tracking showed 'awaiting courier response'. Means speedPost was the culprit, they were just sitting on it. Try Branch or local post office again.Raised a complaint yesterday evening and today they closed
