BBD and GIF deals thread

I have 7-8feet viewing distance in my bedroom. I am using a Sony 55inch for last 5 years without an issue. In fact I am thinking of getting a 65 inch.

If viewing distance is less than 7 feet then it can be issue.
Don't go with larger screen with short viewing distance.

I have more than 10 feet in one direction, 15 feet in another direction .. so should be okay for me...

I think this looks promissing.. I will go with this.. Thank
I bought the X74K in Jan this year for 49k so for 44k its a great buy. The TV is good too. Picture quality is far superior than my 4K crystal neo. Get a good sound system with it and you’re sorted.

Took sony difference is not too much

Dont go with too much technicality and specification

Android is far better than Tizen OS

Tizen os is like Tarzan

Picture quality + Brand + Android + Price balanced = Sony

For TVs, always go for Sony without considering otherwise. The picture quality is the best from what I've seen.

Not true.
X74k and X74l are entry models of Sony. They don't have Triluminous pro which is Sony's terminology for QLED. Sony X82L is the one whose PQ is best among 90k Tv's. Sony up scaling is best but that too depends which panel we buy.
Why is this better than Sony?
and also SOny comes with 3 years warranty , where as LG nano cell with i year warranty...

This also I am getting it for 44.5 K in FK...

Don't bother about 3 year warranty and 1 year warranty.
Main purpose of a TV is better PQ. You can buy extended warranty separately or don't buy it cos huge brands like Sony, LG rarely fail after 1 year of use.
I have compared X75L and Nano73 side by side at Vijay sales along with X82L.

X82L is the best.
Nano73 is a close second.
X75L or in your case X74k is a distant 3rd.

When you see them side by side then only we can see the difference in PQ.

I actually don't consider LG since service in my area is not satisfactory. Also given the circumstances, I had compared LG, Samsung, VU and Sony back when I purchased mine, and I straight up went with Sony's Google TV and Sony's Hometheatre.

Moreover, personal preferences may vary.

Please suggest some 65" or 75" Google TV? Can I get them below 50k?
hisense-e7k-164-cm-65-inch-qled-ultra-hd-4k

Look at this on FK, I believe it is a great deal though can't find a lot of price history. I bought hisense 55 QLED at 50k 1.5 years ago and it has been brilliant. (some might need a soundbar, we are ok with it).

Which model of Sony you got?

I have Sony,LG and Samsung. Sony is of course best in PQ but then price is also on the higher side.

My 6 year old Vu tv has developed these very small black dots..
Anyone knows how long it will take for them to grow too big ? At the moment I can't see them from distance..
