In that case you can even get a 65inch if there is a good deal. Otherwise 55 will be fine.
I bought the X74K in Jan this year for 49k so for 44k its a great buy. The TV is good too. Picture quality is far superior than my 4K crystal neo. Get a good sound system with it and you’re sorted.

I am getting the following offers for my TVs..after 3.5 k exchange for myold VU TV..( atually everywhere they are giving 500 only)..
1) Last Year Model - 55 inch Sony -- KD-55X74K -- 42,999 ( after 1,000 Super coin discount +5,100 CC discount + 3.5 k Exchange).
2) This Year Model - 50 inch SOny -- KD-50X64L --- 42,999 ( same as above)
3) This Year Samsung 55 inch - SAMSUNG Crystal Vision 4K iSmart with Voice Assistant 138 cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Tizen TV 2023 Edition with Video Calling & IOT Sensors for Light & Camera (UA55CUE70AKLXL) --- 34,000 Effective price ( after samsung infinite CB ).
Which one is better value, any recommendation, anyone??

Dont go with too much technicality and specification
Android is far better than Tizen OS
Tizen os is like Tarzan

Not true.
X74k and X74l are entry models of Sony. They don't have Triluminous pro which is Sony's terminology for QLED. Sony X82L is the one whose PQ is best among 90k Tv's. Sony up scaling is best but that too depends which panel we buy.
Don't bother about 3 year warranty and 1 year warranty.
Main purpose of a TV is better PQ. You can buy extended warranty separately or don't buy it cos huge brands like Sony, LG rarely fail after 1 year of use.
I have compared X75L and Nano73 side by side at Vijay sales along with X82L.
X82L is the best.
Nano73 is a close second.
X75L or in your case X74k is a distant 3rd.
When you see them side by side then only we can see the difference in PQ.

Hard to get 65 inch good tv in this budget. LGUR7500 is the closest in 56k. It's Web OS which is good enough.

I actually don't consider LG since service in my area is not satisfactory. Also given the circumstances, I had compared LG, Samsung, VU and Sony back when I purchased mine, and I straight up went with Sony's Google TV and Sony's Hometheatre.
Moreover, personal preferences may vary.

Look at this on FK, I believe it is a great deal though can't find a lot of price history. I bought hisense 55 QLED at 50k 1.5 years ago and it has been brilliant. (some might need a soundbar, we are ok with it).

I have Sony,LG and Samsung. Sony is of course best in PQ but then price is also on the higher side.

The current Big Billion Days (BBD) sale is the worst in its history. I had my eye on an item with an initial price of 1420, hoping for the best price during this BBD. To my surprise, the price increased to 1520. This is quite disappointing and raises concerns about how BBD is being handled.
