Could you please tell how to get this rewards through SBI Air India Signature?
 
With the 70% utilization, one don't loose the 30% points! E.g. for flights, consider it as payment of taxes! Plus, (I think) we should also get ~14% rewards on the 30% payment !
Thus, ignoring the 70% formula
HDFC points return %, according to utilisation allowed.
Please calculate for the other utilization %

I don't agree with the calculation since at 70%, u r not using the 30% points - means denominator to calculate % will also reduce accordingly.. Trust we are on same page here!
 
So if they reduce the utilization ratio will it be a devaluation or not ?
Ofcourse it will be a devaluation of the card and I may shift to Magnus Burgundy! But I dont see a logic to devalue a point which is redeemed at 1:1!
so, if realization comes down per point from 1:1 to 1:0.2, I will see it as devaluation of a point...
