Best card for foreign transactions

TF Premier
Hello guys
I am planning a trip to Singapore in November and need to make following payments

1. Flights - around 35k in INR
2. Cruise tickets - around 1.5 lakh in EUR
3. Local sightseeing bookings - in SGD
4. Shopping - in SGD
5. Stay - will be using ALL points for hotel

I am holding Magnus, Regalia Gold (just upgraded from Regalia) and Rubyx (have option to upgrade to paid Sapphiro)

Please suggest the best card to make these payments for best rewards and lowest markup.
Also willing to apply a new card if it is beneficial and since I have time.
I am also looking for recommendations for other planning.
I think Infinia is best but I might not be eligible.

Thanks for your input.

Effective reward rate (Reward rate - forex charges) for recommended cards:

Atlas (4% - 3.5% = 0.5%)
Magnus (2.4% - 2% = 0.4%)
Amex Platinum Travel (4% - 3.5% = 0.5%)
IFDC WOW credit card (secured) (1% - 0% = 1%)

But considering milestones, I would say go for Atlas (3L - 2500 edge miles) or Amex Platinum Travel (4L - 40k MR points).
Do consider if all these transactions are done in a single month, Magnus gives 14% reward rate (12% for international) for all transactions over 1.5L.
For Atlas, if you already hold Magnus, you can just call Axis priority number and ask for Atlas and it will be delivered in a week without any CIBIL enquiries.

Also consider the fact that the reward rate here for all cards is in Miles, but IDFC WOW reward rate is in rupees, you can directly buy vouchers with points for IDFC.

There are plenty of threads discussing this....

Atlas (4% - 4.13% = -0.13%)
Magnus (2.4% - 2% = 0.04%)
Amex Platinum Travel (4% - 4.13% = -0.13%)
IFDC WOW credit card (secured) (1% - 0% = 1%)

RBL World Safari is another option but no rewards. Atlas and Amex PT will be good to complete yearly milestones

I did forget about GST XD.
Also the new card, AU Zenith Plus:
2% - 1.16% = 0.84% returns

flight bookings using Magnus
Get axis reserve for 50k ER, 4 airport taxi rides and Accor plus membership that gives 2 free nights
Assuming you spend 2 lakhs in foreign expenditure, you get about 30K ER from reserve with 3.5K forex charges and lounge accesses for your family members through PP from reserve.
And later try to get a retention offer at the end of the card anniversary to get more ER points to make up for the overall cost of the reserve CC.
All this assuming you can get Reserve

Scapia is fine for 0% forex, but you won't get reward points for that. Same for RBL World Safari Card.
Even Fi account has 0% forex charges on debit card for Infinite account (50k MAB).
