Used SBI JCB Platinum for ATM withdrawals in Malaysia (Maybank ATMs). Zero Forex Markup and Zero ATM withdrawal charges. Also, JCB offered the best rates when compared to Visa/Master in Malaysia.

300 + GST = ₹354/-, but this depends on your luck. Each branch may say different things. Some branches will issue it to you directly, while others may deny your request.

only reason I'm planning to get this card, but it does not even have a single lounge access in a quarter? 🥲
and if you know, is the international ATM withdrawal free? I know that forex is 0 but still don't know about withdrawal fees, SBI website has no information sadly.
