Best card for huge insurance payments

Hi everyone,

I have annual spends ~25L in insurance payments (family term insurances, please dont ask why so huge) and 5L other expenses.
Which card/card combinations should I use for maximum cashback (I fly frequently so dont mind airmiles too as long as reward rate is nice)
Right now I have DCB, have applied for Axis magnus too.

If all payments are in one month then axis reserve.
If payments are spread out equally in all months then magnus and DCB should be okay.

I do 1L every month on Magnus and 50K from Gyftr couchers across cards for Amazon Pay (25k for Amex Plat, 10K SBI CB etc...)...Once in year offers from AMEX for Insurance directly, like the one that is ending on Mar31 for which I use my Plat Travel. (which helps milestone as well)...

I also have a Visatara infinite, for the Gold member benefits (very useful when you change plans!..)..I also have Eterna, but hardly touch it
