Best card for non travelers?

I am a central government officer in a tier 2 city. I am not at all into travelling, maybe once in a year. Which card should be better for me if I am having a monthly cc expenses of 50k which would be increasing soon to 1L per month. I tried for SC ultimate but my city is non serviceable. And obviously Amex is also not serviceable. As I can see most good cards are focused for travelers, what could be best for people like us? Any suggestions?

For Online Purchases: SBI Cashback
For Utilities and Offline use: Axis Ace, If Airtel user then get can also get Axis Airtel Card (First year free offer upto 28-02-2023)
For Fuel: SBI Octane (If monthly expense over 15K) otherwise go for Axis Indian Oil Card (Life free offer upto 31-03-2023)

Yes, i agree. I am using that and axis ace at the moment, and i am also happy with that. But i want to know if there is any premium cards for user like us?
I'm in the same spot as you are. Coming from a tier 2 city and searching for a super premium card , i finally got Magnus a couple of weeks ago.
If you can spend 1L ( as you say you are going to ) it gives 31000 ER points i.e. 6.2% at least. Returns could get better even if you travel once a year.
