I will be doing : APay ICICI to PayZapp Prepaid Card and then to NPS through Bill Desk most probably. And pay the APay from HDFC DC.

yes and they may ask for explanation if they see frequent transactions on that merchant only.

note: same applicable for any bank card, and any website/app/shop only.

btw, eterna doesn't have 1% plan.

they just block like sbi.. call and unblock ..

but as said anything over use on single merchant for multiple months always bad for any card or bank.
