Best cashback Rupay CC that can be linked to UPI

HI all,
Can someone suggest me the best Rupay Credit Card that can be linked to UPI via PhonePe/CredPay/GPay which I can use for my daily transactions and also for transferring money to Groww and Zerodha wallets which gives me rewards for doing such transactions which currently I am anyways doing via normal UPI and get zero benefits.
Please suggest me the best card which gives me some sort of cashback or sensible/usable points structure. With so many Rupay linked CCs in market, its very confusing.

PS: If needed suggest me a card which is Rupay Select variant which gives Spa/Wellness/Health checkup offer also like PNB.

The Tata Neu Infinity card yields better returns on UPI transactions but is more expensive.

Quick question:
If we can use this method to send money to zerodha wallet, can we artificially manufacture spends since unused money is returned to the savings account every quarter?
