Best CC for all Government Payments

As government payments are becoming an excluded category for credit cards, what are some best cards for government payment now?
Please suggest from entry level to premium ones.

Yes, It will. I recently paid IT with my IDFC Select and rewards got credited too.

I was searching around to find the best CC for Government Spends. It seems that now even IDFC CC doesn't give 10X for government spends.
Quoting their page:

I use ICICI Amazon pay card on all government websites including on IRCTC and if I am right, it gives 2% cashback on it. Other good cards would be AMEX MRCC as you can earn extra reward points for doing 4 transactions of 1500 and a total expenditure of Rs 20000 per month

Apay gets 1% and I have to pay 1% tx fee. I have 3 IDFC cards but which one is fruitful after spending 1% tx fee
