Rewards on Government payment using credit or debit card and any limitation?

I would like to know which credit or debit cards give rewards points for government transactions and what is their limit - monthly or per transaction.
I know Magnus provides rewards till 31st Aug-23 and there is no limitation. I need to make payment of INR 5 Lacs, thinking of maximizing the rewards. Most probably it will be single transaction.
AU LIT also gives but it has maximum 25K monthly reward point limit. With 10x enabled, it gets restricted to amount INR 2.5 Lacs.

Now which credit card give better return in reward for government payment like gst and income tax ?

Still SBI VIstara given point against government payment ?

after merger vistara and air india there is any difference ?

IDFC VIstara also give now July 2024 ?
